Shipping & Returns

Shipping Method

We ship domestically within Indonesia via the courier, SiCepat. All our products are shipped from our location in Tangerang, Indonesia.

For international customers, please contact us for more details and we will assist you in the ordering process, and can provide more information regarding payment (we accept PayPal) and shipping methods depending on your location.

 

Order Processing & Shipping Duration

From customer’s payment confirmation submission, orders are processed and shipped typically within the next business day.

For the new collection launch, please allow up to 7 working days for your orders to be packed.

If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us via Whatsapp (+6281295315042) ahead of time to confirm whether it would be possible.

Business Days are Mondays - Fridays. (Weekend orders and payment will be processed on Mondays).

 

Shipping Price and Duration

Shipping cost and duration varies based on your city, so please check our courier for the price and estimated time for shipping (http://sicepat.com/deliveryFee).

Our package dimensions are approximately 32 x 27 x 8 cm. Weights differ depending on product, but as an approximation, 1kg can fit 2 pcs of Poppuri dresses.

 

Tracking Number and Cek Resi

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email that you can check your Tracking Number (Resi) by clicking Order Status page or downloading your Invoice.

Please allow time for us to send your Tracking Number (Resi), as there is often a delay in the Delivery Courier sending us the tracking numbers.

Returns & Exchange Size

For normal price items, we only accept size exchange based on availability (same model must have the size requested in stock). We do not accept refunds.

For the new 'Primrose Collection' & discount / sale items, we do not accept returns / refunds for these items. Please check and make sure your items and size are correct.

To process a return, please contact us with your customer name, phone number, email, order ID, and product you would like to change to. To qualify for returns, please read the below terms:

- Item must in perfectly original condition, unwashed and unworn

- Tag must still be in place

- Item must be returned in original plastic and box packaging

- Poppuri is not responsible for any damage that occurs after the product is received by our Courier and delivered safely to customers
